- •Traba is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead measurement and modeling for their agentic platform.
- •You will define, measure, and improve agent quality, setting the standard for scientific rigor and building the evaluation and experimentation foundations for the platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain metrics, models, and reporting for agent quality, reliability, and unit economics.
- •Build evaluation and experimentation as a first-class discipline to ensure evidence-backed agent improvements.
- •Identify key business challenges and build statistical and machine-learning models to drive product improvements.
- •Architect scalable analytics and modeling infrastructure and oversee the data warehouse.
- •Mentor scientists and analysts and set standards for measurement, modeling, and experimentation.
- •Requirements 4-8 years in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics, with 2+ years modeling LLM
- •or agent-based systems.
- •Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML/statistics libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, pandas, statsmodels).
- •Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing) and applying causal methods.
- •Experience with LLM evaluation and observability tools.
