- •Toptal is seeking a customer-centric Senior Product Manager to drive innovation by building and scaling AI-driven products.
- •You will lead a team of engineers and work cross-functionally to define, build, and launch mission-critical initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and lead all aspects of an established agile team, focusing on delivering AI-driven product capabilities.
- •Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing product experiences that deliver measurable business value.
- •Define the scope of new product features and ongoing feature improvements, writing and prioritizing user stories.
- •Break down complex problems and use data, analytics, and user research to inform product direction.
- •Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and actively communicate contingency and mitigation plans.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
- •At least 5 years of proven software product management experience.
- •Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from discovery through launch, iteration, and scale.
- •Knowledge of AI product development processes and experience launching AI-powered features.
- •Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data and conducting user research.
