- •Key Responsibilities Own and prioritise the squad backlog; write user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- •Run sprint planning, refinement and reviews with engineering and design.
- •Translate business goals and player needs into specifications for engineering.
- •Define success metrics, monitor performance and iterate on launched features.
- •Report delivery progress, risks and results to the leadership team.
- •Requirements Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery-ownership role on a live consumer product.
- •Track record of writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- •Comfortable with data
- •SQL or a BI tool, cohort analysis, and reading A/B test results.
- •Experience with Scrum or Kanban, and with Jira and Confluence or equivalents.
- •Experience delivering within regulatory or compliance constraints.
