About the role
TL;DR
Build and manage a pipeline of potential acquisition targets for an AI holding company.
- •We’re looking for a Sourcing Analyst to fuel Titan’s acquisition engine by building and managing a high-quality pipeline of potential MSP targets.
- •You’ll be responsible for mapping markets, identifying and qualifying acquisition opportunities, and engaging with owners to start the conversation.
- •Key Responsibilities Research and map the MSP and IT services market to identify acquisition targets.
- •Build, manage, and maintain Titan’s deal sourcing pipeline and CRM.
- •Conduct company-level analysis on size, service offerings, location, and financial potential.
- •Initiate contact with potential targets via email, phone, and networking channels.
- •Qualify opportunities based on strategic fit, market position, and deal feasibility.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in business development, sourcing, investment banking, private equity, or lead generation.
- •Strong research skills and ability to synthesize market and company data into actionable insights.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable initiating cold outreach.
- •Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sourcing campaigns simultaneously.
- •Self-starter with a proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
