- •This role owns ensuring devices reliably connect and every call sounds clear, no matter the network conditions.
- •Key Responsibilities Own reliability and call quality as a first-class problem.
- •Work with firmware engineers to diagnose and fix sound degradation issues.
- •Shape the hardware roadmap based on firmware limitations.
- •Build instrumentation and reporting to measure quality.
- •Turn diagnosis into a prioritized engineering backlog.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product management experience with connected hardware or IoT products.
- •Depth in audio or telecom/VoIP quality.
- •Technical fluency in networking and audio (jitter, packet loss, etc.).
- •Comfortable digging into logs and firmware behavior.
- •Experience partnering with firmware or embedded engineering teams.
