- •The Multi-Site Safety Manager will oversee safety programs, compliance, and risk management at Thrive Market's fulfillment centers.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the sole safety professional and primary safety point of contact at your assigned FC.
- •Provide cross-site safety oversight and program governance to safety counterparts across Thrive Market's fulfillment network.
- •Own and lead all safety and compliance programs within your assigned FC.
- •Drive standardization of safety policies, SOPs, training programs, and best practices to ensure scalable, consistent execution across all sites.
- •Maintain a strong, consistent floor presence, spending significant time in operations leading Gemba walks, real-time coaching, and behavioral safety observations.
- •Requirements Collaborative and proactive with a focus on embedding safety into the fabric of FC operations.
- •Strong ability to influence, coach, and build accountability in others.
- •Experience in safety management and compliance within a fulfillment or e-commerce environment.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Ability to work cross-functionally with shift supervisors, People Ops, and site leadership.
