About the role
TL;DR
Analyze and improve professional services operations efficiency and scalability.
- •The Operations Analyst supports the Worldwide Professional Services Resource Management and Operations team, focusing on analyzing and improving operational efficiency and scalability.
- •This role involves delivering critical reports and analysis on the financial health and effectiveness of the business and optimizing core business processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate data and analytics for the Worldwide Professional Services team.
- •Manage revenue recognition process including forecast reporting and process improvements.
- •Identify and suggest PSA tool improvements including additional features and automation.
- •Assist with reporting and analytics around delivery pipeline, backlog, and revenue management.
- •Develop and maintain internal documentation, processes, and procedures.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred. 5 years of related experience and 2+ years in a services/consulting industry.
- •Prior experience designing business processes.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft (or Google) Suite, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- •Experience with Certinia, Tableau, and Salesforce.
