TL;DR
Prevent order delays and ensure timely shipments as an Order Fulfillment Specialist.
- •Join The Black Tux's Order Fulfillment Team to ensure customer commitments are met daily.
- •You'll prevent order delays, fix inventory challenges, and collaborate with customer care.
- •Key Responsibilities Prevent order delays and fix inventory challenges Interface with customer care team for last-minute requests Ensure all products are shipped by critical pull times Requirements 1-2+ years of experience as a warehouse associate and/or ambassador Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld devices (RF) Highly effective written and verbal communication skills Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail Distribution Center environment Analytical thinker; able to solve problems quickly and effectively
