TL;DR
Build and operate infrastructure, improve observability, and automate workflows for AI hardware and software development.
- •Tenstorrent is seeking a Staff Debug and DevOps Engineer to join their team in Belgrade, Serbia.
- •This role is hybrid and focuses on building and operating the infrastructure that powers engineering across the company, improving observability, automating workflows, and driving root-cause analysis across hardware and software systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve complex issues impacting development, validation, and production environments across hardware and software systems.
- •Build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure, automation frameworks, deployment pipelines, and engineering workflows that improve productivity.
- •Design and enhance monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting systems to improve reliability and operational visibility.
- •Partner with software, firmware, silicon, validation, and infrastructure teams to diagnose issues across multiple layers of the technology stack.
- •Drive long-term reliability improvements by automating operational tasks and implementing preventative solutions for recurring issues.
- •Requirements Experienced in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Production Engineering, or Software Engineering within complex distributed environments.
- •Strong Linux systems expertise with experience troubleshooting infrastructure, networking, operating systems, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed applications.
- •Proficient with automation and scripting using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages, along with modern CI/CD and infrastructure tooling.
- •Familiar with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or similar technologies.
- •Passionate about solving complex technical problems through automation, root-cause analysis, and scalable engineering solutions.
