About the role
TL;DR
Own AI platform infrastructure, developer experience, and reliability for AI agents.
- •Relevance AI is building the factory that ships every AI-driven feature.
- •This role will own the developer experience, platform infrastructure, and reliability of the system that enables engineers and AI agents to ship code safely and at speed.
- •Key Responsibilities Own developer experience and the build, test, deploy, and local-dev loop.
- •Build agent-safe environments with sandboxes and guardrails for autonomous agent operations.
- •Own end-to-end reliability, including SLOs, on-call health, observability, and incident response.
- •Manage cloud infrastructure and costs on AWS, focusing on scalability and spend visibility.
- •Requirements Experience owning developer experience, CI/CD, build/deploy tooling, and cloud infrastructure.
- •Proven ability to build AI-native environments and guardrails for agents.
- •Experience owning SLOs, on-call health, observability, and incident response.
- •Strong product thinking and ability to prioritize platform work by downstream impact.
