Ensure data quality and reliability for Tekion's Enterprise Data Platform and AI Agent.
- •Tekion is seeking a motivated Software Development Test Engineer to join its Enterprise Data Platform team.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring the quality, reliability, and correctness of data across the platform, which supports data products, analytics, AI/ML, and customer-facing experiences.
- •You will work closely with Data Engineering, Product Management, and AI teams to develop validation strategies, automate testing, and ensure data products meet high-quality standards.
- •A key focus will be validating user intents and evaluation frameworks for Tekion's AI-powered Analytics Agent.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and implement automated testing frameworks for data pipelines, transformations, and APIs.
- •Validate data correctness, completeness, consistency, freshness, and lineage.
- •Build scalable reconciliation frameworks to compare Data Lake outputs against source systems.
- •Define and execute test strategies for AI-powered Analytics Agent capabilities, including validating user intents and measuring response accuracy.
- •Champion quality engineering best practices across the Data Platform organization.
- •Requirements Develop a deep understanding of Tekion's enterprise data model, business domains, and data flows.
- •Own end-to-end quality for data products published through the Enterprise Data Platform.
- •Build scalable reconciliation frameworks to compare Data Lake outputs against source systems.
- •Define data quality metrics, validation rules, and automated monitoring.
- •Partner with engineering teams to validate new platform capabilities.
