- •The Onboarding Specialist is an internal-facing operations role on the External Partnerships team, responsible for supporting day-to-day partner onboarding logistics, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and managing communication channels to ensure smooth partner launches.
- •Key Responsibilities Support partner onboarding logistics including location setup, rate card validation, and training coordination.
- •Track and coordinate action items across various internal teams to ensure launch timelines are met.
- •Manage and triage multiple Slack channels for partner and cross-functional communication.
- •Maintain documentation and create/update onboarding materials.
- •Requirements 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related field.
- •Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
- •Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams and priorities.
- •Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation and process.
