Lead new health system partnerships in the Northeast, building executive relationships and driving growth.
- •The Partnerships team expands access to high-quality psychiatric care by building strategic relationships with health systems across the country.
- •We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Director to lead new health system partnerships within the Northeast territory.
- •This is a hunter role focused on opening doors and developing executive relationships from the ground up.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify, prioritize, and secure new health system partnerships.
- •Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and relationship development through negotiation and launch.
- •Build executive connections with physician leaders, behavioral health executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
- •Navigate complex health system organizations and build consensus across multiple stakeholders.
- •Represent Talkiatry as a behavioral health thought partner.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience developing and closing enterprise partnerships with health systems or complex healthcare providers.
- •Proven track record of independently sourcing, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
- •Demonstrated experience developing executive relationships across health system executives and physician leaders.
- •Deep understanding of health system operations, referral patterns, and behavioral health access challenges.
- •Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
