About the role
TL;DR
Build and scale teams, processes, and employer brand for company growth.
- •As our Venture Development hire, you'll play a key role in scaling Tacto to become the defining software company for industrials across Europe.
- •You'll work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff to build and scale the teams that power Tacto's next chapter.
- •Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of hiring for your part of the org, identifying, engaging, and closing top talent.
- •Design scalable processes and playbooks for the talent function, using automation, data, and storytelling.
- •Actively build Tacto's employer brand and storytelling to attract top talent.
- •Understand and help design improvements for how the organization operates.
- •Requirements Smart, driven, and hungry to build, with energy from moving fast and seeing results.
- •Experience from a top-tier startup, consulting, or VC environment.
- •Hands-on problem-solving approach and strong people intuition.
- •Storytelling ability to sell a vision and get others excited.
- •Curiosity about company growth and potential long-term interest in Talent or Org-Building.
- •Ideally 1-2 years of professional experience; fluent in German and English.
