- •Key Responsibilities Administer and improve Entra ID / Azure AD, including user lifecycle management and access assignments.
- •Manage Microsoft 365 administration across Exchange Online, licensing, and user configuration.
- •Own Intune administration for Windows endpoint management, including enrollment and policy enforcement.
- •Support onboarding and offboarding workflows across identity, email, and SaaS access.
- •Troubleshoot issues at both endpoint and platform levels.
- •Requirements 5 to 7 years of experience in systems administration or internal IT.
- •Strong hands-on experience with Entra ID / Azure AD and Microsoft Intune.
- •Experience administering Microsoft 365 for end users.
- •Strong understanding of Windows endpoint management and macOS environments.
- •Experience owning onboarding and offboarding workflows.
