- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in strategy within creative, advertising, branding, or digital agencies.
- •Proven experience leading and developing high-performing strategy teams.
- •Strong track record advising senior stakeholders and executive customers.
- •Deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, creative effectiveness, and customer insights.
- •Experience integrating AI into strategic research, planning, and creative development.
