Junior Credit Management Analyst to manage overdue payments for the French market.
- •SumUp's Credit Management team is looking for a Junior Credit Management Analyst fluent in French to manage overdue payments and keep customer accounts on track for the French market.
- •You will be the dedicated point of contact, working with internal teams and external agencies.
- •Key Responsibilities Contact merchants by phone and email to collect overdue payments and negotiate repayment agreements.
- •Respond to billing, payment, and subscription queries.
- •Manage cases in the Finance Salesforce queue.
- •Process cancellation requests and administrative account changes.
- •Collaborate with external debt collection agencies.
- •Requirements Fluency in French at native or near-native level, with a good working level of English.
- •Experience in a customer-facing role involving negotiation, sales, or payment collection.
- •Comfort working with Excel and financial or administrative data.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sales-oriented approach.
- •Genuine energy and willingness to learn, with an interest in finance or credit operations.
