- •Key Responsibilities Set and uphold clinical standards, protocols, and quality guidelines.
- •Stay current with pediatric science and translate new evidence into care practices.
- •Lead provider recruitment, vetting, hiring, and provide constructive feedback.
- •Act as a key opinion leader and public spokesperson.
- •Partner with product and engineering to embed clinical rigor into the roadmap.
- •Requirements MD or DO, board-certified in pediatrics, adolescent medicine, or family medicine.
- •Active or recent clinical practice experience.
- •Familiarity with recent pediatric clinical protocols and testing.
- •Highly responsive, proactive, organized, and a driver of clinical excellence.
