TL;DR
Lead European R&D incentives program, manage claims, and drive process improvements.
- •Stripe is seeking a European R&D Incentives Lead to develop and manage a best-in-class global R&D incentives program.
- •This role will be responsible for R&D incentives in Ireland and the UK, supporting US federal and state programs, and exploring new global opportunities.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as Stripe’s European lead and technical expert for R&D incentive and grant claims.
- •Own the end-to-end technical documentation required to support Stripe’s European R&D incentives.
- •Design and lead process improvements that enhance the efficiency and robustness of Stripe’s R&D incentive claims.
- •Monitor changes in relevant tax legislation and R&D incentive practices globally.
- •Partner closely with Finance, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
- •Requirements 6-8 years of relevant experience preparing or managing Irish R&D tax credit claims or global R&D incentive claims.
- •An engineering or computer science qualification or a technology-related background combined with finance qualifications or experience.
- •Strong understanding of the Irish R&D tax credit regime.
- •Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong technical report writing and engineering-interviewing skills.
- •Strong project-management experience, with the ability to independently lead high-impact projects.
