- •Street Group is seeking a Lead Product Designer (L6) to set the design bar for an entire product domain.
- •This is primarily an individual contributor role focused on driving design strategy and quality.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the design vision and execution for a product domain.
- •Set the craft bar through high-quality output and mentorship.
- •Address cross-cutting design problems and ensure domain coherence.
- •Drive strategic AI thinking in workflows and product features.
- •Requirements 8+ years of Product/UX Design experience at a senior IC level.
- •Commercial fluency and experience making design trade-offs.
- •Proven ability to define and measure success metrics.
- •Strong views and practical experience with AI in product design.
- •Ability to move at pace on strategic work and identify opportunities.
