- •Establish and scale design practices across the organization.
- •Requirements Meaningful experience designing complex, systems-heavy products.
- •Demonstrated ability to define problems and stay engaged through launch and iteration.
- •Active use of LLMs in the design process, including AI tools for prototyping and validation.
- •Fluency with design systems, including improving maturing ones.
- •Ability to articulate a clear perspective and defend design decisions.
