Build and lead the partnerships function for a fast-growing PropTech company.
- •Street Group is seeking a Head of Partnerships to build and lead their partnerships function from the ground up.
- •This role is central to the company's growth strategy, focusing on creating a valuable and connected ecosystem for estate agents.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and own the partnerships strategy, prioritizing partner types and verticals.
- •Recruit and onboard PropTech providers for platform integrations and develop relationships with industry-adjacent providers.
- •Drive commercial results, owning partner-driven growth targets and revenue generation.
- •Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize integrations and shape the partner experience.
- •Build enablement, tooling, and processes to scale the partnerships function.
- •Requirements Proven track record building and closing B2B SaaS partnerships (technology/integration or channel).
- •Comfortable as a player-coach, building process and closing deals personally.
- •Strong commercial and negotiation instincts.
- •Cross-functional operator comfortable working with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- •Comfortable with ambiguity and building from a blank page.
- •Excellent relationship-builder who can earn trust with senior stakeholders.
