- •The HRIS Integration Specialist leads the setup and validation of HRIS integrations, SSO configurations, and system connections for Sparrow's leave management platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead HRIS integration setup for all new and existing customers.
- •Configure and troubleshoot integrations across platforms such as Workday, Paycom, UKG, Paylocity, BambooHR, ADP, and others.
- •Own end-to-end SSO setup (SAML, OAuth, etc.).
- •Requirements Strong HRIS and SSO setup experience.
- •Problem-solving skills.
- •Ability to work cross-functionally.
