- •Socure is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their London-based Engineering team.
- •This role is crucial for building the technology that powers Socure's mission to eliminate identity fraud and build the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and build highly scalable, reliable backend services and APIs.
- •Own complex technical problems from architecture through production.
- •Drive architectural decisions and improve engineering standards and practices.
- •Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
- •Solve challenging production and performance problems at scale.
- •Requirements Strong experience building and operating large-scale backend systems.
- •Hands-on experience with Golang preferred; Java or Scala also relevant.
- •Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, and AWS.
- •Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- •Strong understanding of security, privacy, and data protection.
