- •Snowflake is seeking an AI-native leader to manage their AI DevEx team, transforming how the product is developed, evaluated, and supported.
- •This role involves building an ecosystem to empower AI-pilled engineers and reinvent the SDLC.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and grow the ES AI DevEx team, fostering a high-energy, cohesive environment.
- •Deliver the vision and roadmap for transforming the SDLC for all Snowflake engineers.
- •Drive improvements in code review latency and create golden paths for agentic codebases.
- •Make high-quality decisions quickly by staying updated with industry developments.
- •Own operational excellence, including on-call health, incident response, and postmortems.
- •Requirements 15+ years of software engineering experience. 5+ years of experience leading a technical engineering team.
- •Demonstrated hands-on experience with the latest AI tools, particularly in productivity.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
- •Pragmatic, customer-obsessed mindset with a bias for measurable impact.
