TL;DR
Lead a full-stack engineering team at Snappy, driving product development.
- •Snappy is looking for a hands-on Full Stack Team Lead to drive the engineering behind our Swag and Store products.
- •You'll lead a talented team of 2-3 full-stack developers while actively contributing code, shaping architecture, and setting the technical and cultural tone for the team.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor two-three full stack engineers, setting the technical direction and helping them grow.
- •Stay hands-on: write code, design features, review PRs, and get into the details when it counts.
- •Collaborate closely with Product to define priorities, plan features and deliver meaningful improvements with tight feedback loops.
- •Continuously refine how the team works, removing friction, improving processes, and creating a modern, effective engineering environment.
- •Requirements Over 7 years of experience in software development. 3+ years with Node.js and modern frameworks. 3+ years with React or related frameworks. 2+ years managing an engineering team.
- •Product-oriented and skilled in working closely with business, product, and customer-facing teams.
