TL;DR
Lead full-stack development for enterprise identity administration workflows.
- •Okta's Identity Governance organization is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to join the Identity Administration team.
- •This role is responsible for developing and maintaining critical workflows for enterprise identity management, focusing on how employees request and gain access to resources.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the development of user-facing features for Identity Administration, from UI to data persistence.
- •Partner with UX Designers and Product Managers to create simple, powerful user experiences for complex administrative workflows.
- •Build and maintain scalable, responsive, and accessible web applications using React.
- •Design and implement performant RESTful APIs and backend services in Java.
- •Ensure high code quality through comprehensive unit and integration testing.
- •Requirements 7+ years of professional experience in building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
- •Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- •Strong experience with Java (Spring/Dropwizard) and/or Golang.
- •Deep understanding of RESTful API principles and secure communication.
- •Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT.
