TL;DR
Partner with R&D leaders to build high-performing teams and align people strategy with business priorities.
- •Partner with R&D leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams by aligning people strategy with technical and business priorities.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and team health.
- •Coach managers through performance management, employee relations, feedback, and complex people decisions.
- •Support organizational change, including team growth, restructures, and leadership transitions.
- •Guide organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews.
- •Use people data and insights to inform recommendations and improve team effectiveness.
- •Requirements 5+ years' experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced or scaling environment.
- •Experience supporting Engineering, Product, or other technical organizations.
- •Strong experience across core People Partner disciplines, including performance management, employee relations, organizational design, talent planning, compensation, and talent reviews.
- •Working knowledge of UK employment law.
- •Data-informed approach to problem solving and decision making.
