About the role
TL;DR
Manage implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement customers, acting as a customer liaison and driving project success.
- •Skydio is seeking a customer-facing Program Manager to lead implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement customers.
- •You will serve as the liaison with the Chicago Police Department, managing project planning, technical execution, risk management, and scheduling.
- •Key Responsibilities Plan and design end-to-end project deployment and integration activities.
- •Manage production and implementation programs against cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
- •Understand customer requirements and translate them to Skydio's product and technical teams.
- •Establish relationships with Law Enforcement customers and drive plans with Skydio's engineering team.
- •Inform business and program leaders regarding contract management risks and opportunities.
- •Requirements Experience as a customer-facing professional services / program manager, preferably for law enforcement agencies.
- •Excellent communication skills, including interaction with senior leaders.
- •Proven track record of implementing new technology and interfacing with technical teams.
- •Experience with Law Enforcement and commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
- •Law Enforcement/Federal Program Management experience.
