About the role
TL;DR
Manage and optimize Skydio's NetSuite ERP environment and related enterprise systems.
- •Skydio is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Manager to lead their NetSuite ERP environment, ensuring it supports operational excellence, financial integrity, and business growth.
- •This role partners with various departments to optimize processes and deliver scalable technology solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Administer enterprise systems including NetSuite ERP, Coupa, and Ramp.
- •Configure and improve NetSuite modules for inventory, procurement, manufacturing, finance, and more.
- •Design and maintain workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and automation.
- •Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- •Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external platforms.
- •Requirements 5-7+ years of experience managing financial systems, with at least 3+ years on NetSuite ERP.
- •Experience managing EDI and system integrations.
- •Strong understanding of finance, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment processes.
- •Experience with NetSuite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, custom fields, reports, and automation.
- •Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
