About the role
TL;DR
Lead customer deployments to build production voice AI agents.
- •We're hiring a Deployment Strategist to own the business side of Simple's most important customer deployments.
- •You'll work alongside Account Executives, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Engineering to turn complex enterprise workflows into production voice AI agents that deliver measurable business value.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead customers from discovery through launch, adoption, and expansion.
- •Own the problem and the outcome, get into the operational and technical details, and help build Simple's deployment playbook from the ground up.
- •Requirements Experience owning a complex customer engagement from an ambiguous problem through production and measurable results.
- •Exceptional structured problem-solving and the ability to turn competing stakeholder needs into clear priorities and execution plans.
- •Strong communication and executive presence, paired with a willingness to learn directly from frontline users.
- •High agency, urgency, low ego, and excitement to work in person with the team in San Francisco.
