- •This role focuses on designing and delivering production-grade AI agents that are central to Sierra's growth and drive revenue.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are highly performant, reliable, and intuitive.
- •Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
- •Partner directly with enterprise leaders and startups to understand business challenges and build transformative AI agents.
- •Shape the future of Sierra's core platform by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new tools and features.
- •Requirements Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- •Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- •A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency.
- •Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems.
- •Strong English and Korean communication skills.
