About the role
TL;DR
Own AI agent development from pilot to production, advising enterprise leaders and driving business outcomes.
- •As an Agent Strategist, you will be responsible for bringing Sierra's AI agents to life for customers, from initial pilot to full production.
- •You will work at the intersection of product, agent building, and customer-facing activities, staying close to both the technology and the people you build for.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous iteration.
- •Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, understanding their business goals and shaping AI strategies.
- •Partner with customer working teams to run sessions, troubleshoot agents, and ensure builds stay on track.
- •Directly impact product by surfacing unmet customer needs to research and platform teams.
- •Requirements Deep customer obsession and energy for understanding customer businesses and building trusted relationships.
- •Strong English and Korean communication skills, clear and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- •Strategic problem-solving skills to break down complex problems and adapt to rapid changes.
- •Technical aptitude to engage with technical concepts, API documentation, data models, and system architecture.
- •Proven track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility projects to successful outcomes.
