TL;DR
Support Agent Development leadership with strategy, operations, and AI tooling.
- •Sierra is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to support Agent Development.
- •This role partners with leadership to drive operational rigor, define best practices for enterprise agent deployment, and analyze complex datasets to inform high-leverage decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Support Agent Development leadership as a strategy and operations partner.
- •Establish operating cadence and provide visibility into business health, pipeline, and risks.
- •Define and scale playbooks for AI agent deployment and expansion at large enterprises.
- •Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
- •Build internal tooling with AI-native tools to automate workflows.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies.
- •Strong analytical rigor with the ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into insights.
- •Demonstrated experience supporting sales, post-sales, or commercial teams in a strategy and operations capacity.
- •Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
- •Commercial instinct and business judgment.
- •Strong communication skills.
