- •Join Showpad's People Team as an HR Business Partner, partnering with executives and business leaders to drive people strategies and improve employee programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor on HR matters, including organizational design and talent strategy.
- •Translate business goals into people strategies and manage complex employee relations issues.
- •Execute core People programs with precision and a focus on continuous improvement.
- •Support change initiatives and champion an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- •Requirements 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP role.
- •Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex employee relations matters.
