- •SentiLink is seeking a Head of Fraud Intelligence to transform its Fraud Intelligence Team (FIT) into a high-impact function.
- •This leader will evolve FIT's operating model to deliver high-quality fraud labeling, generate actionable intelligence, develop talent, and drive measurable business impact through fraud prevention.
- •Key Responsibilities Establish performance baselines and operational metrics for FIT.
- •Design and implement scalable quality assurance processes.
- •Reimagine FIT's operating model, workflows, tooling, and team structure.
- •Build a best-in-class entry-level talent program for Fraud Intelligence Analysts.
- •Develop credible measurement frameworks connecting FIT activities to fraud prevention outcomes.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in fraud operations, intelligence, risk management, or related domains, with significant people leadership experience. 4+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts.
- •Proven ability to design and improve processes, operating models, and quality systems.
- •Strong fraud judgment with a deep interest in evolving fraud patterns and prevention strategies.
- •Experience developing and coaching early-career talent and building high-performing teams.
