- •Senra Systems is seeking a Product Data Analyst to transform the company's data into actionable insights that enhance both their software and factory operations.
- •This role involves analyzing product usage and business metrics to drive improvements and inform strategic decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Analyze product usage data to understand user behavior, feature adoption, and identify areas for improvement in the Amp platform.
- •Build and maintain dashboards for key operational and business metrics such as throughput, quality, cycle time, and on-time delivery.
- •Prepare accurate and consistent top-line metrics for leadership and board reporting, including investor updates and OKR tracking.
- •Investigate ambiguous data-related questions, define metrics, and ensure data trustworthiness.
- •Partner with Product and Engineering to measure the impact of new releases and advocate for necessary data instrumentation.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics role, with experience in both product analytics and operational/business reporting.
- •Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience building dashboards using tools like Power BI, Metabase, or Grafana.
- •Experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- •Strong analytical rigor, systems thinking, and the ability to distill ambiguous problems into structured analyses.
- •Proven ability to turn messy data into clean, executive-ready metrics.
