About the role
TL;DR
Manage and build enterprise compliance programs, focusing on policy implementation and risk management.
- •As the Program Manager for Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success of Scale by ensuring the effective operation of our Compliance department and GRC function.
- •This is a hands-on builder role focused on turning policy into practice.
- •Key Responsibilities Help build, design, improve, and streamline core compliance programs.
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to improve compliance policies, processes, and procedures.
- •Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into policy and process changes.
- •Partner with leadership to build and operationalize the company's enterprise risk management framework.
- •Build the reporting layer for program health metrics.
- •Requirements 5+ years building or operating ethics and compliance programs in-house.
- •A track record of building policies, processes, and controls from scratch.
- •Experience leading day-to-day activities and improving processes.
- •An action-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve outcomes.
- •Strong analytical skills, with experience using data analysis tools.
- •Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
