TL;DR
Strategic partner to VP, driving execution and optimizing operations for Public Sector business.
- •As the Chief of Staff for Scale AI's Public Sector business unit, you will be a strategic partner to the VP, Public Sector Engineering & Security, driving the execution of critical initiatives and optimizing the operational rhythm of the business.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as an extension of the VP, Public Sector Engineering & Security by attending key meetings and calls on the VP’s behalf.
- •Run strategic planning for the business unit to include scoping business priorities and driving alignment among senior leadership.
- •Own operational rhythms for the business unit and executive deliverables.
- •Own all executive-level reporting that communicates progress and blockers for the business unit.
- •Requirements A strong orientation towards outcomes and a history of being scrappy when it counts.
- •Proven ability to build high trust relationships with a wide range of people across the organization.
- •Experience leading small teams and managing multiple, complex work streams.
- •Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
- •A deep intellectual curiosity about AI and machine learning, particularly in applications that advance national security.
