- •The Staff Materials Research Scientist will bridge generative chemistry discovery and external partners to develop PFAS-lean substitutes for semiconductor materials.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the partner validation loop and serve as the primary scientific point of contact.
- •Run the discovery workflow and rank candidates for PFAS-substitution use cases.
- •Apply semiconductor domain judgment to evaluate generative and simulation outputs.
- •Close the experimental feedback loop and translate partner validation results into actionable technical improvement points.
- •Requirements Strong background in materials science and semiconductor manufacturing.
- •Experience with generative ML, physics-based simulation, and multi-scale modeling.
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
