- •Samsara Technologies India Private Limited is looking for a Software Engineer
- •Salesforce to design and develop flexible and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platforms.
- •This role requires understanding Salesforce design and development best practices to deliver business solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platforms.
- •Analyze business processes and system implementation to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics.
- •Evaluate existing code, develop plans to reduce technical debt, and establish a technology roadmap.
- •Mentor, develop, and train Junior developers.
- •Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles.
- •Requirements 4+ years of Salesforce development experience with extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and Force.com tools and applications.
- •Self-starter, self-motivated, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
- •Experience in Agile development methodology.
- •Excellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- •Strong problem-solving skills.
