About the role
TL;DR
Lead product deployment and programmatic execution for military customers.
- •As Head of Mission Success, you will lead the deployment of Rune products and all aspects of programmatic execution.
- •You will be responsible for programmatic timelines, synchronization across efforts, staffing, and coordination across cloud and edge environments with customers from the Joint Force and allied nations.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the deployment of Rune products and programmatic execution.
- •Coordinate across cloud and edge environments with military customers.
- •Define programmatic direction, set performance standards, and lead global deployments.
- •Engage with senior military leaders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- •Lead and grow a team of Mission Managers.
- •Requirements Minimum of 20 years of experience serving in the US military, preferably in logistics or sustainment leadership roles.
- •Technical aptitude and deep understanding of military sustainment.
- •Demonstrated leadership experience in high-stress environments.
- •Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
