- •Ruby Labs is seeking a highly independent Senior Product Manager to build a major new capability within an existing consumer web product.
- •You will own the entire process from user research and concept definition to design, development, launch, and adoption driving.
- •Key Responsibilities Own user research, competitive analysis, and turning findings into a product thesis.
- •Produce high-fidelity designs and prototypes using AI tools.
- •Define end-to-end user journeys and manage a prioritized backlog.
- •Write developer-ready specs and run planning/delivery with engineering.
- •Define metric trees, own the experiment roadmap, and build decision-making dashboards.
- •Requirements 5+ years in product management on live consumer web products with a substantial active user base.
- •Proven track record shipping significant new capabilities within existing products.
- •Demonstrated ability to run discovery yourself (user research, behavioral analysis, competitor analysis).
- •Advanced daily use of AI tools for design and prototyping without a dedicated designer.
- •Strong quantitative skills with product analytics tools and working SQL.
