- •Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and develop user insights in diverse formats.
- •Share findings concisely and skillfully with different teams.
- •Promote and shape a data-informed culture by integrating user research into decision-making flows.
- •Build research scalability and interoperability through owning research ops infrastructure.
- •Foster a learning culture by contributing to the evolving definition of User Science.
- •Requirements Exceptional academic track record and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- •Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
- •Strong technical curiosity and interest in open-source culture.
- •Proficiency in visual design and/or information design.
- •Talent for storytelling and collaboration, with a meticulous organization and archivist skills.
- •A robust portfolio showcasing user research and/or design projects.
