About the role
TL;DR
Manage projects and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations.
- •We are looking for a Change Manager for our warehouse to take responsibility for project management and implementation of changes.
- •Your goal will be to fine-tune our existing operations to make them smarter and more efficient.
- •You will have the opportunity to re-evaluate current operations, influence our standards, and leave a visible mark from day one.
- •Key Responsibilities Complete project management for warehouse changes and initiatives.
- •Connect teams and data by monitoring KPIs and evaluating results.
- •Drive innovation and standardization of new processes, tools, and systems.
- •Ensure sustainability of changes by fostering understanding and adoption.
- •Support during peak periods with on-site problem-solving and data monitoring.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, logistics, or Supply Chain.
- •Strong project management and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- •Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- •Proficiency in English and Czech.
