About the role
TL;DR
Design and implement scalable cloud solutions for financial institutions using Rogo's AI platform.
- •As a Solutions Architect, you will be a strategic problem-solver, custom-fitting Rogo’s AI platform for elite financial institutions.
- •You will design scalable and secure cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during pre

- •Lead architecture reviews and collaborate with security and engineering teams to meet customer security and compliance requirements.
- •Partner closely with Sales to support complex enterprise deals, providing architectural guidance and technical validation.
- •Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and early adoption, and diagnose technical issues.
- •Translate customer requirements and feedback into actionable technical insights for the Engineering and Product teams.
- •Requirements 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
- •Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts, with experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- •Ability to confidently lead architecture and security discussions with enterprise technical stakeholders.
- •Strong communication skills and executive presence to manage complex, long-running enterprise engagements.
- •High degree of ownership, organization, and follow-through.
