Develop and implement public policy engagement strategies in the UAE/Middle East.
- •As the Director of MENA Public Policy, you will develop and implement an engagement strategy with key policymakers, stakeholders, and opinion leaders across MENA.
- •You will oversee critical issues including gaming, child safety, artificial intelligence, privacy, and consumer protection.
- •Key Responsibilities Maintain and build relationships with regional policymakers and political figures.
- •Identify, monitor, and analyze policy issues affecting Roblox in MENA.
- •Develop and execute policy strategies around issues important to Roblox.

- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, International Relations, Media, Technology, or related field of study or equivalent. 10+ years of experience working with policymakers and stakeholders in MENA.
- •Deep knowledge of the MENA policymaking and public opinion process.
- •Extensive experience in intelligence collection and analysis, strategy development, project management, cross-functional partnership.
