About the role
TL;DR
Lead security and safety for a growing quantum computing company, ensuring compliance and data protection.
- •Pasqal is seeking a Director of Security & Safety to establish and lead the group's security and safety framework.
- •This role is crucial for managing information security, cybersecurity, physical security, data confidentiality, and regulatory relations during a period of international growth and ISO 27001 certification.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the ISO 27001 ISMS: governance, documentation, risk register, SoA, audits, and action plans.
- •Structure group security/safety governance: policies, procedures, committees, reporting, indicators, and risk management.
- •Ensure protection of sensitive information through clear classification, access, sharing, and monitoring rules.
- •Act as the primary security contact for sovereignty, strategic clients, partners, and state authorities.
- •Coordinate cybersecurity efforts with IT teams, including incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous improvement.
- •Requirements Over 10 years of experience in security, safety, cybersecurity, risk management, or security governance.
- •Proven experience in managing a full ISO 27001 certification cycle, ideally as ISMS owner.
- •Good understanding of operational security topics: IAM, vulnerabilities, incident response, logs, SOC.
- •Experience in protecting sensitive information and implementing confidentiality frameworks.
- •Ability to develop simple, applicable, and auditable security measures.
