- •Rhoda AI is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to build and scale its finance function.
- •This role offers hands-on experience across FP&A, capital markets, and investor relations in a fast-growing robotics company.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the core financial model, including planning, scenario analysis, and board presentations.
- •Build scalable FP&A processes from scratch, including budget cycles and forecasting.
- •Support capital markets activity, including fundraising preparation and investor diligence.
- •Build financial infrastructure for commercial deployments, including contract economics and revenue recognition.
- •Requirements 2-4 years of investment banking experience at a top-tier firm.
- •Startup or high-growth company experience with comfort in ambiguity.
- •Exceptional financial modeling skills and strong command of Excel/Google Sheets.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- •High ownership mentality.
