TL;DR
Negotiate commercial contracts and establish legal infrastructure.
- •Serve as the primary point-of-contact for the GTM team and negotiate commercial contracts.
- •Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- •Run deals end to end as the legal point of contact.
- •Maintain the standard legal toolkit.
- •Design and stand up AI and automation workflows.
- •Train and equip GTM and cross-functional teams.
- •Requirements JD and active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction. 5+ years of commercial transactional experience.
- •Strong legal operations instincts.
- •Sound business judgment.
- •Fluency with privacy requirements in commercial contracting.
- •Excellent communication skills.
